We provide superior service at competitive rates for real estate owners in Las Vegas. Property management fees are as follows:

• $300 refundable deposit due at signing.*
• Referral Fee: All vacant properties are listed in the MLS. Owner to pay a referral fee to any Real Estate agent who shows property and brings qualified accepted tenant.
• $300 Condo/Townhouse
• $400 Single Family Home
  
• Management Fee’s based on Gross Collected Rent:
• 1 Unit 10% 2-5 Units 8% 6+ Units 7%
• Minimum of $50 per property
• Owner pays for all advertising, repairs and maintenance on properties.
• Refer your friends and family to receive the multi-unit discount.
